Remote L1 Support Engineer (Tickets and Chats)

What You’ll Need
Proven experience with the SolusVM virtualisation platform
Strong understanding of hosting, virtualisation, and dedicated servers
Experience with WHMCS and KVM
Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows systems
Skilled in troubleshooting and debugging hosting-related issues
A reliable high-speed internet connection
Excellent written English

What You’ll Do
Provide Level 1 Support via live chat and tickets
Support VPS and Dedicated Server clients (escalation to L2 available)
Manage migrations and transfers efficiently

This is a 100% remote role. Communication happens through Whatsapp or email.
