Recovering deleted emails off Turbify backup servers

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me recover deleted emails from our Turbify backup servers.
These emails have been deleted off the turbify server however they are located on the backup servers. Turbify will not restore the emails because of their 7 day policy. I need a work around and the emails restored somehow.
