Private Backup Server Setup

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a private server for backing up various types of data. This server will replace several services I currently use, including iCloud, Plex, and CCTV.

The server should be capable of securely backing up:
- Contacts: Sync and store contacts from multiple devices
- Photos: Backup and organize personal photos, replacing iCloud Photos
- Files: Store and manage documents and files, replacing iCloud Drive
- Plex or Videos: Host a media library, similar to Plex
- CCTV: Store and manage CCTV footage

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience setting up private servers
- Knowledge of data backup and storage solutions
- Familiarity with Plex and CCTV systems
- Strong understanding of security protocols to protect sensitive data

Devices:
- Mac Mini M4 to be setup as server
- Suggest me which SSDs to buy
- We use iOS devices (iPhones, iPad)
