Need a simple PXE server setup to host an image of Windows 10

I've tried to setup a PXE server for hours, It didn't work, (Obviously). I will let you remote into a dedicated bit of hardware, I can do whatever prep work is needed and provided I can get a PC to pull the windows image from the network and you can show me how to update/replace the .iso on the host system the job will be marked complete.
