Help setup Google cloud to free-tier

I am looking for help to set up Google Cloud with a free-tier account. I already have a billing account in place and I have the necessary permissions to access the platform. This project should provide assistance with the setup of the free-tier account for Google Cloud. Ideally, an experienced individual who is knowledgeable in cloud platforms and can provide support with the setup process is desired.
