Fixing Smart Provisioning HPDL360e G8

Smart provisioning of the server doesn`t work, we use the F10 key and nothing happens, We also try F5 key for getting directly into the smart arraid provisioning also doesn`t work. BIOS, ILO and Smart provitioning patching has been done without success:
The requirement:
Fix smart arraid and smart provisioning to be able to destroy the actual raid and reconfigure un Raid5 instead Raid1 with the 4 disk available to be just one volume. After that we will install Vmware ISO provided and let the consultant know if the job has been done or if there is any other problem with the raid.
