Discord Community Moderator

About us:
We are a young and ambitious team with 4+ years of experience in online marketing and e-commerce. We mainly focus on helping others become independent online entrepreneurs as well.
With our team of 15 people we recently started a new project and therefore we would like to hire an experienced Discord Community Moderator for the extent of one month and maybe for a longer timespan if mutually agreeable.
Skills & Experience:
We are looking for an experienced Discord Community Moderator with proven interest in entrepreneurship, management and cryptocurrency amongst others to moderate our different Discord channels and make adjustments to the servers. You have a track record with at least three years of experience with community moderation and are not afraid to work late nights due to an international community and team.
For this first month we are looking for someone who is willing to focus full time on this project with us in order to meet the product launch deadline at any cost. This also means being prepared to work flexible hours instead of fixed hours per day.
Responsibilities:
- Making adjustments to the Discord server
- Setting up the discord
- Making sure all the bots in the discord are working
- You have knowledge about NFTs (and Cryptocurrencies)
- Managing of shillers and moderators (24/7 moderators)
- Tracking what marketing actions are doing to discord members
- Posting in discord community
