I'm seeking an experienced IT professional specializing in Dell PowerEdge servers for urgent troubleshooting and recovery of a degraded RAID array. The details are as follows:

Server: Dell PowerEdge R730xd
OS: VMware ESXi
RAID Controller: PERC H730 Mini (firmware 25.5.9.0001)
Array: 20TB RAID 5 (10 disks, currently degraded)

Failed copyback operation from Disk 11 to Disk 0
