Project Details:
1. Data Migration:
o Migrate all existing data (emails, attachments, etc.) from Zoho Mail to the new system. Total Data around 120GB (Domain 1)
o Migrate all data from Google Workspace including emails, files, and other content. Total Data around 365 GB (Domain 2)
2. Nextcloud Configuration on Synology Server:
o Install and configure Nextcloud on a self-managed Synology server.
o Set up a secure Nextcloud, cloud backup solution for data redundancy.
o Optimize Nextcloud to ensure super-fast performance and reliability.
o Configure Nextcloud Messenger and verify its functionality.
3. Optimization & Multi-Domain Login:
o Ensure Nextcloud is fully optimized for speed, including server-side settings and caching configurations.
o Configure Nextcloud to support login across multiple domains.
4. Error Checking and Fixes:
o Conduct a thorough check for any errors or performance bottlenecks in the setup.
o Resolve all identified issues to ensure the system is running smoothly.
5. Integration:
