App builder developer on mysterium.network, proxy server with custum functions HTTP

Please check first Mysterium VPN for Desktop and make a user account .
They have developers facilities and they encourage building new software on there network https://github.com/mysteriumnetwork
The problem is that is very basic so I need a Proxy server based on Mysterium VPN with couple of extra functions:
1. A favorites list where I can write notes for each IP (in the Android version they have this Fav list )
2. To have about 100 ports, Forward port to proxy (I don't need more then 10 proxy in the same time)
3. And maybe a robot to scan them once a day (with Whoer.net or something) and get me the postcode and the IPS for each of them (not all 10k that they have available just about 1k from UK)
4. The proxy's I expect to work on the bases Host IP address and Port AND login and password or white list IP
5. The server I expect to work with friendly HTTPS interface (like a normal webpage with user and login )

If you can't build on there network we can link to our server 10 MystriumVPN user accounts and I will top-up them one by one.

Please tell me what you think and how we can approach my challenge.
