AWS Server Setup

Hi, I need a server setup in AWS for a project.
It's a website made in react. Please note this is a normal business website and not an app.
So the server setup doesn't need to be complex for an app like installation.
But ofcourse we need good security in place, SSL, cloudlfare cdn (or aws if it's free) and other necessary things.
Please note you'd have to list the things you'd be doing before being awarded.
