My website has some issues in it and due to that its not ranking enough.

We have been in the business for the past 4 years and our website is btreesystems.com The issue we are facing from the start is that even though writing proper content and have good page speed along with some backlinks. We don't know what the real issue is our page has always been on the 3rd page or 4th page only. So we need a solution to fix the issue and rank on page 1 for 1 URL and 2 keywords.
The issue may be some server-type issue, SEO issue, crawling issue or any other website structure issue so I need a person to find out the errors on the website and fix them.
