I want my website to come up as number 1 on google search.

I am a hairdresser and I want to increase my website rank and come up us number #1 on google serach. Specifically on the area/ City my business is. After I built the website it was rank 62, yesterday I spent some time doing the on page SEOs myself and the rank went up to rank 36. I would like someone experienced with white hat SEO's to work on my website.
