suspended Google page retain

I have an IELTS & spoken English institute which is based at Mohali city. As I have made some listings on my page but due to some reasons my page has been suspended. since i have followed the proper guidelines but still I could not figure out the actual cause. if anyone is willing to do this task & can retain my page again then i assure that i will give good rating to his profile with good bonus.
