referral marketing

I am looking for a referral marketer to help me with my website. My target audience is both B2B and B2C businesses in order to reach a wider range of potential customers. I plan to incentivize my referral marketers with cash rewards on a lead-wise basis to ensure they are rewarded and motivated to continue marketing. I anticipate that the number of referral marketers will be more than 50, so the campaign should reach a significant portion of potential customers.
