onpage seo optimzation for Local Seo

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me with on-page SEO optimization for my local SEO project. I specifically require the following optimizations:
- Meta tags optimization
- All wordpress pages being used to be highly optimized to current standards using AIO SEO plugin,
Freelancer must get 10/10 ranking using this plugin
I already have an existing website that needs to be optimized.
The ideal candidate should have experience in on-page SEO optimization and be familiar with meta tags optimization. They should also be able to complete the project within a timeframe of 1-2 weeks.
