I need someone that can turn my Google search ads into an "excellent" grade

I've never worked on Google ads, so I'm still learning. I need someone that can optimize my ad group's keywords for my web design agency. As of right now, I have two groups. One that is "Good" and one that is "Average". If you can pull this off, I'd be happy to pay you for more ad groups and even let you handle my client work.
