SEO Specialist (Organic Search) – Test-Based Opportunity with SEENN
Location: Remote
Type: Freelance / Contract (with potential for ongoing collaboration)

What We’re Looking For:
We want an Organic SEO Guru who lives and breathes search engine optimization. Someone who’s up-to-date with Google’s ever-evolving algorithms, obsessed with SERP rankings, and knows how to turn a website into a traffic-generating machine — organically.
Your First Test (Literally):
To evaluate your skills, we’ll ask you to perform an SEO audit and recommend action steps for our own website — www.bseenn.com. This will serve as a paid test or performance-based assessment (depending on the approach), and if we love your work, this can quickly turn into a long-term partnership.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits (technical, on-page, off-page)
• Perform keyword research and build optimized content strategies
• Identify and fix SEO issues on websites (crawl errors, speed, indexing, etc.)
• Optimize content, metadata, headings, and internal linking
• Provide backlink strategy recommendations and help execute them
• Track rankings and performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Stay on top of SEO trends and algorithm updates
Skills & Experience Required:
• Proven experience ranking websites organically (examples/case studies = bonus points)
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, schema, and content strategy
• Comfortable working with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS
• Experience using tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console
• Able to explain strategy clearly and report performance
• Bonus: Experience working with agencies or in fast-paced environments
