I need SEO Optimization for Google Sites Website.

I need to rank in the search engine on Google. My website doesn't even show up on the search engine. The business is about a month old. The name of my business is Boise Bigfoot. When you type it in to google it doesn't even show up. I have my website on Google Sites and apparently Google doesn't support uploading a sitemap. We already requested indexing on Google Console about 5 days ago. It doesn't seem to work at all when I'm at work. I need to make sure website is safe and secure for users in all locations.
