I need SEO Help on an Existing Website -- 2

I am looking for SEO assistance on my website. Being completely upfront and transparent, I do not have a large budget. It is in fact relatively small. I am looking for someone who may want some side work, part-time. My website is earphoneguy.com.I had a company doing some work and they did a good job, but it feels like it's time to find a new company.

I am willing to help do work, you just need to tell me what to do and show me how to do it.

I need this done properly and nothing negative done to my site. I am willing to work very long term with the right person.
