We need a Google Ads/Keywords Expert

We would like our website to be the first that comes up on Google when certain keywords are used, e.g. "fuel delivery", "bulk fuel", "fuel storage", "lubricants", etc. We would also like a drip campaign built so that we can gather information on potential customers. We use Wordpress for our webpage. Our web address is www.afdpetroleum.com. If you google us, we don't even show up on the main list of fuel providers. We need that to change asap. We also want to be able to measure the clicks and success.
