looking for an SEO expert to assist with SEO for small business website.

I am seeking an SEO expert who can assist with optimizing my small business website - www.familynestcare.com. The ideal candidate should have experience in improving organic traffic for websites with less than 500 monthly visitors. I already have a list of target keywords and need someone who can work with me to optimize them for search engines. The primary goal of this project is to increase organic traffic to my website.
