keyword researcher for rank and rent

I am in need of a keyword researcher for my rank and rent project in the SEO industry. I am targeting a local audience and looking for low-competition keywords. The ideal candidate should have experience in:
- Keyword research tools such as Google Keyword Planner and Ahrefs
- Understanding of SEO best practices
- Ability to analyze keyword difficulty and competition levels
- Excellent communication skills to discuss and present findings to me.
this will be ongoing but require 10 - 15 hours per week.
