I have an eBay store and need a hands-on partner who can handle the day-to-day work as well as the initial setup. The goal is simple: list items that actually move and keep customers happy.

What I need you to do:

• Research & gather product data
– Identify profitable, in-demand items (I’m open to any category that sells).
– Collect or request missing specs, images, and shipping weights where needed.

• Create winning listings
– Write SEO-friendly titles and descriptions, set accurate item specifics, and upload quality photos through eBay Seller Hub or a similar tool.
– Price competitively and choose the right shipping and return options.

• Fulfill orders & update tracking
– Generate shipping labels, dispatch on time, and keep customers informed.
– Coordinate with my suppliers or warehouses when necessary.

• Handle customer service
– Respond promptly to messages, offers, and return requests.
– Maintain top-rated seller metrics for communication and resolution times.

• Ongoing monitoring
– Adjust pricing or keywords based on performance.
– Provide a concise weekly report of listings created, items sold, issues resolved, and inventory levels.

Familiarity with eBay Seller Hub, basic photo editing, and any listing automation software is a plus. Reliability, clear English, and proactive communication are crucial—I want someone who treats the store as their own.
