eBay Store Management & Listings

Job ID: 40374960

Budget: £250 – £750 GBP

I’m looking for ongoing support to keep my eBay shop running smoothly and growing steadily. The core of the job revolves around three daily responsibilities:

• Listing products – Using eBay Seller Hub, turn the raw product data and photos I supply into fully optimised listings. That includes writing clear, engaging titles and fresh product descriptions (I don’t have them yet), adding the right item specifics, setting prices I provide, and scheduling the listings.

• Managing orders – Monitor new sales, update tracking details as they come in, flag any delivery issues, and keep my dispatch workflow on time so buyers always see accurate status updates.

• Customer service – Reply promptly and professionally to buyer questions or post-sale messages from within Seller Hub, helping maintain positive feedback and defect-free metrics.

For each task, please follow eBay policy, basic SEO best practices, and communicate any issues you spot before they escalate. Feel free to suggest refinements to streamline the process—so long as everything continues to run through Seller Hub.

Deliverables I’ll review weekly:
1. A summary of new listings created with live links.
2. An order management log noting shipped, pending, or flagged transactions.
3. A customer-service response report highlighting any cases opened or resolved.

If you already know the ins and outs of Seller Hub and can write concise, persuasive product copy in fluent English, I’d love to hear how you would structure the workflow and your typical turnaround times.
