E-commerce SEO and Marketing Expert Needed - WHITE HAT ONLY

I'm looking for an SEO and marketing content writing expert who can help me develop and optimize a website.

This is a new WooCommerce store specialized in a female-oriented niche. This niche is extremely specific, so I need someone very experienced and flexible who can understand the needs and jargon of this niche.

I'll provide a list of keywords to rank for. Although a comparative thorough keyword research would also be very welcomed.

This expert will:
- need to have a high proficiency of English;
- write engaging and quality SEO product descriptions (350-400 words), optimize titles, images, meta tags, etc, for 65 products;
- optimize website homepage and all other pages for SEO and UX (on and off-page);
- build high-quality backlinks and linking;
- focus on mobile SEO optimization;
- create complete email marketing campaigns;
- all other relevant tasks for SEO optimization not mentioned here;
- (optional) create 2 engaging blog posts about the niche with a minimum of 1000 words;
- (optional) optimize website speed.

I have a fixed budget for this project and will have to stick to it. However, if the quality of the delivered work is excellent, we can negotiate the final price and I'll rehire for monthly tasks and other projects.

I would like this project finished as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days.
