400 backlinks with minimum 280 DO FOLLOW backlinks on 30+ DA websites

We are looking for an expert SEO specialist to build the highest quality backlinks with the best DA websites to increase our organic traffic. The backlinks must be from high quality websites with a DA score of 30 or greater and must be Australian traffic. The goal is to generate 400 backlinks, with at least 280 being do follow. The timeframe for delivery must be within 20-30 days. We will require 10-15 keywords to be targeted for these backlinks and we will not accept backlinks from PBN's that could harm our ranking.
