Key requirements:
Must have a demonstrable familiarity with New York's social, cultural, business, and political life over the past 50 years
A granular knowledge of the evolution and struggles of the Puerto Rican community during this time period
No bid will be considered without a published sample of the author's work
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Master's degree a plus
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
