I need to grow my channel for monetization. I already have 1000 subscriber. Just need to complete the 4000 watch hours. My total budget is $60 and payment will be in 4 milestones. The first milestone will be created and released after 1000 hours. The 2nd, 3rd and last milestones will be created and released after 50%, 75% and 100% of the project respectively. Don't ask for any milestones before that. Only those who agree with these conditions please bid.
