Youtube SEO and Watchtime -- 2

I need to grow my YouTube channel watch hour. I already have 1000 subscriber and just want to complete watch hour. The total budget for the project is $80 and it will be released in 4 milestones. The first milestone will be created and released after 1000 watch hour (25% of the project) is complete. The 2nd, 3rd and last milestone will be created and released after finishing 50%, 75% and 100% of the project respectively. Please only bid if you agree with this conditions.
