YouTube channel SEO optimisation

Hello, I'm looking for somebody to optimise the SEO of my YouTube channel (Business and finance niche) and the videos. It's a new channel with 19 long form videos. The main purpose is to increase viewership, and engagement so the optimization should focus on particular keywords that I can provide.
