YouTube Video Editing Cash Cow

I am looking for an experienced YouTube Video Editor / Content Creator and Channel Manager to help with my new YouTube project. Ideally, this would be one person doing both jobs.

For YouTube Video Editor , I would need someone who can create 7-15 minute videos with:

- Scriptwriting
- Voice Over - real artist !!
- SEO expert

For Channel Manager, I would need a person that can provide support in the following areas:

-SEO service ( competitive and accurate keyword research)
-SEO optimisation - video description, title, tags, etc
- End-screens / Cards
- Attractive thumbnail creation

I would also be interested in the freelancer vision and best practices. I am looking for a team player, who can go above and beyond for my YouTube channel.
