YouTube Channel Growth Expert Required

### YouTube Channel Growth Specialist Needed (12.5k to 100k Subscribers)

*Project Overview:*
We are looking for an experienced YouTube growth expert/strategist to scale our channel from our current 12.5k subscribers to 100k subscribers, and increase average video views from the hundreds to 10k+. 

*Total Budget:* INR5 ,000 – INR 10,000 (Depending on experience and strategy)

*Payment Structure & Milestones:*
To ensure alignment and fair compensation, we prefer a milestone-based structure tied to channel growth milestones. Funds for milestones will be pre-funded in the platform escrow:

•⁠ ⁠*Milestone 1 (25% Payment):* Channel reaches 20k subscribers AND maintains a 4k+ average view count per video.
•⁠ ⁠*Milestone 2 (25% Payment):* Channel reaches 50k subscribers AND maintains a 7k+ average view count per video.
•⁠ ⁠*Milestone 3 (Remaining 50% Payment):* Channel reaches 75k–100k subscribers AND maintains a 10k+ average view count per video.

*Your Responsibilities:*
•⁠ ⁠Analyze current channel performance and diagnose bottlenecks.
•⁠ ⁠Develop a data-driven content strategy, optimization plan, and SEO framework.
•⁠ ⁠Advise on thumbnail design, titles, retention strategies, and publishing schedule.
