WordPress Migration and Redesign -- 2

I'm looking to migrate my old .NET website, hillhomestay.in, to a new domain, sikkimstays.com. The site needs to be rebuilt in WordPress with the same content and images but updated branding (Hill Home Stay → Sikkim Stays).

Essential Requirements:
