WordPress Migration & Google News Prep
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need my existing WordPress-based sports site lifted off its current hosting site and moved to NameCheap without a hiccup. All front-end design, layout, and every plugin or custom functionality must look and behave exactly as they do now once the DNS finishes propagating—no broken widgets, no missing scoreboards.
After the move, I want the site fully prepared for inclusion in Google News. That means cleaning up any lingering crawl errors, generating both the standard XML sitemap and a dedicated news sitemap, adding or verifying NewsArticle schema, checking robots.txt, and making sure Search Console reports everything as indexable. If you spot additional SEO settings that would strengthen our application, you can suggest them, but preserving the current look and feature set is non-negotiable.

• Seamless migration to NameCheap with zero data loss and minimal downtime
• Post-transfer validation that design/layout and all plugins still work identically
• Properly configured SSL, caching, and CDN settings (if needed) on NameCheap
