WordPress Developer for Website Upgrade

We are seeking a skilled WordPress developer and content strategist to upgrade our existing website dokumentive.com. The goal is to reposition the site to focus on three core service areas:
- ERP Deployment & Rescue (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations)
- Accounts Payable (AP) Automation
- Business Process Automation
The upgrade should include content revision, new pages creation / modification, and SEO optimization, while keeping the site on WordPress.

Objectives
- Rebrand and restructure the website around our three core offerings
- Improve user experience and navigation
- Create compelling, SEO-friendly content
- Ensure responsive design and fast performance
- Maintain WordPress as the CMS

Scope of Work
Website Structure & Navigation
- Redesign homepage to reflect new positioning
- Create or revise the following pages:
- Homepage
- ERP Deployment & Rescue
- AP Automation
- Process Automation
- About Us
- Contact
- Blog/Resources
- Add clear CTAs (e.g. “Book a Free Audit”, “Request a Demo”)

Content Strategy & Copywriting
- Rewrite existing content to align with new focus
- Create new content for service pages (approx. 500–800 words per page)
- Ensure tone is professional, tech-savvy, and client-focused
- Include industry-specific examples (e.g. ERP rescue for manufacturing)

SEO Optimization
- Keyword research for ERP, AP automation, and process automation
- Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, and image alt text
- Improve internal linking and site structure
- Submit updated sitemap to Google Search Console

Design & UX
- Update visual design to reflect a modern, enterprise-grade brand
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and accessibility
- Use clean, modular layout with icons, diagrams, and testimonials

Technical Enhancements
- Ensure fast loading speed (optimize images, caching, etc.)
- Install or configure SEO plugins (e.g. RankMath or Yoast)
- Ensure compatibility with existing plugins and hosting setup
