WordPress Developer for Site Overhaul + Ongoing Support (AU Only)

AU-based freelancers only.
Australian solar company looking for a WordPress developer for a site overhaul plus an ongoing maintenance and improvement relationship.
Phase 1 — Initial overhaul (2–3 sprints, from a recent technical audit):

Technical SEO: URL hygiene, schema migration, redirect cleanup
Performance: WP Rocket configuration, image optimisation, Core Web Vitals
Accessibility: WCAG 2.1 AA conformance
Tracking: GTM and GA4 form/telephone attribution fixes
Form layer: CRM integration (monday.com), partner form, quote flow UX
Local SEO: NAP across multiple GBP locations

Phase 2 — Ongoing relationship: maintenance, new feature builds, content/SEO support, ad-hoc work.
Stack: WordPress + Elementor + RankMath + WP Rocket on Hostinger (LiteSpeed), with GTM and GA4.
You're a strong fit if you have:

WordPress optimisation / audit-remediation track record
Comfortable working from detailed technical briefs
Schema migration, Core Web Vitals, and accessibility experience
AU timezone availability

Not in scope: Ground-up rebuild or CMS migration.
Budget: Open — quote based on scope. Hourly or fixed both fine.
