WordPress Developer for CMS Migration

I need an independent, reliable WordPress developer to replicate the design and handle the migration of a 90-page website away from a proprietary CMS. The primary goal is a flawless technical migration that keeps all existing URL paths intact, protecting our historical search rankings and internal links. We do NOT want a new design. We want a clean replication of our current frontend layout, colors, and structure built using fast, mobile-optimized WordPress blocks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Map all 90 existing URL paths, titles, and descriptions before starting.
2. Replicate the current layout into a clean WordPress framework.
3. Extract and move all current text, images, and internal link structures.
4. Ensure all new URL paths match the old ones perfectly, using 301 redirects if any path must change.

Project Terms:
* Fixed-price project paid via escrow milestones. No hourly rates.
* You will build on an independent hosting account that I own.
* No registrar access will be given. I will update the domain settings myself at launch.
* Freelancers only. No agencies.
