WordPress to Astro & Directus Migration (Directory)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I want to update my WordPress website to use Astro and Directus.
Currently, I manage a web directory of carpenters, and I’d like to modernize the way users search and discover them. My goal is to fully optimize the project for SEO and AEO, so organizing the content efficiently is a top priority.
The current structure is based on static pages combined with shortcodes for listings. Carpenters are classified by specialty and city. It’s very important to preserve the current URL structures to avoid losing traffic and maintain SEO positioning.
I need to build a new design template integrated with Directus, with a smooth migration path from WordPress, as the site has a large number of pages. I’m not looking for complex APIs—just a clean, elegant, and highly optimized solution.
Mobile optimization is essential. I want the site to look and feel like a true web app on smartphones.
