Wix to WordPress Site Migration
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
My current site, https://www.mannscans.com/, sits on Wix with 26 static pages and 284 blog posts. I want the entire website reproduced in WordPress so it looks and behaves exactly the same. No design refresh, no new bells and whistles—just a faithful copy that preserves layout, color palette, navigation, page-by-page structure, and every existing feature already on Wix.
Scope
• Recreate all 26 pages in WordPress, matching fonts, spacing, imagery, animations, galleries, forms, and any embedded media.
• Export and import all 284 blog posts, keeping categories, tags, authorship, featured images, internal links, comments, and publish dates intact.
• Mirror current on-page SEO elements (titles, meta descriptions, alt text, schema) so rankings remain stable.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and page-load speed match or improve on the Wix version.
• Set up the WordPress CMS so future edits are straightforward; Gutenberg blocks or a lightweight builder such as Elementor or Beaver Builder is fine, provided the end result mirrors the Wix design.
• Implement sensible 301 redirects if any URL structures must change; otherwise, retain identical slugs.
• Stage the site on your server (or a temporary sub-domain I provide) for review. Once approved, you’ll coordinate the DNS switch or provide a packaged migration file for me to deploy.
