6-Week BigCommerce SEO Sprint: Scalable Foundations for 30k+ SKUs
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
Total Promo (www.totalpromo.com.au) runs on BigCommerce with a catalog of 30,000+ products. We’re looking for a focused, one-time 6-week SEO sprint to fix core technical issues, build scalable on-page systems, and deliver measurable proof of impact.
This is not a retainer and we’re not interested in spammy off-site tactics. The goal is practical, hands-on implementation — not just audits or theory.
Scope of work includes:
• Technical & IA: Optimized robots.txt, segmented XML sitemaps, canonical/pagination/parameter rules, filtered/faceted navigation policy, handling discontinued products, render parity checks, and quick Core Web Vitals fixes.
• On-page at scale: Title/H1/meta templates, internal linking modules (category → child/brand/top products), and clear image/alt guidelines. Goal: ≥80% coverage of the top 50 categories.
• Schema Markup: Deploy JSON-LD for Product, BreadcrumbList, and Organization with zero validation errors.
• Content: 10–20 priority category briefs (150–250 words each), with at least 10 categories updated/published during the sprint.
• Measurement & Handover: Dashboard + change log, before/after GSC screenshots, and a 90-day SEO ops manual with a monthly rollout checklist.
Expected outputs:
• Clean, controlled indexation
• Reusable on-page system for the entire catalog
• Error-free schema deployment
• Updated category-level content at scale
• Evidence of impact (coverage & clicks in GSC + Core Web Vitals quick wins)
• Documentation for ongoing operations
Timeline: 6 weeks with clear milestones (Audit & Plan → Technical → On-page + Schema → Content + Handover + Proof).
Budget: AUD 6k–12k fixed price, depending on depth and coverage.
Communication: Kickoff meeting, weekly 30-min check-ins, and daily async bullet updates.
