Website not showing in google search results

Recently my website disappeared from search results. even when typing http://site:domain.com nothing appears. At bottom of the page there is the following message
"In response to a legal request submitted to Google, we have removed 300 result(s) from this page. If you wish, you may read more about the request at LumenDatabase.org."
And my website is listed under those 300 websites.
This happens only with USA Google. If I use google India, google france etc my site is showing as usual.
So the issue is NOT a google penalty but a result of order.
Is there anything can be done?
