Website has been omitted by Google - need to fix

I have a website, that has been omitted by google. I want someone who can bring it back to the index without being omitted.
Note:
1. I have already changed the Content of the website, That has not helped.
2. I have set the rel=canonical tags
3. I have no duplicate content as of now
