When I search for my website, I get some unusual results.

I consulted my SEO services provider and he is of the view that he needs to perform following steps to figure out the issue completely and remove these issues.

Here are some examples of what results are coming.

These are some examples only and there are many such results coming up. It seems these are written in Italian language but I have never had any other language content on my website except English.

The steps out lined by my SEO Service provider are as follows:
