9. Estimated organic traffic they receive
10. Estimated paid search traffic they receive
11. Anchor text they use for backlinks
12. Social media: date of last post, posts this year/month?
13. Amount of content
14. Number of ranking keywords
15. Page authority
16. Domain authority
17. Spam score
18. Home page meta description
