Website SEO backlink

Hi, I have a small e-comm website for which I need backlinks. there is a lot more SEO work to do but I need to only start with backlinks. this is not a one-time monthly job. I will continue with SEO backlinks for several months. thus this project is expected to go on for a long time. few things we expect
- No blackhat techniques
- only relevant sites to our products
- Regular review and connects
- 4 month roadmap on KPI e.g. DA score, PA score etc
