Website Redesign & Expert On-Page SEO

I'm looking for a web designer who can help me update my WordPress website. The tasks involved include redesigning the layout, updating content, and improving navigation. I also need assistance with SEO, specifically on-page SEO.

As for the on-page SEO, I specifically need help with:
- Keyword optimization - targeted and local (Toronto, Ontario, Canada), industry-specific (therapy, therapist, counselling, CBT, EMDR, SFT, etc.).
- Creating and refining meta tags and descriptions
- Content optimization to improve SEO rankings

Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient in WordPress and SEO (e.g., Alt description images, H1, H2, internal links, external links, blogs, menus, etc.)
- Experienced in web design
- SEO expert, particularly in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Able to redesign a website for improved navigation and user experience
- Capable of optimizing content for better search engine ranking
- Set up and proficient with Google Ads, Google Tags Manager, Google Analytics, Google Console, etc.

The redesign should follow a modern minimalist style.
