Web SEO Training and debugging

I have a website which needs dire improvement regarding SEO and Google search console . I am searching for someone to work with one on one, helping me fix the issues and suggest changes to help improve my rankings. I DO NOT want a "contract" where everything is done for me. I want interactive help using a phone/VoIP and/or remote console such as Teamviewer , RDP or Quick Assist. I want to build a relationship that can grow between two experts on future shared customer contracts. I am an experienced sys admin in Windows and network systems and host multiple domains and commercial websites. The site is under CPanel and built with WordPress using Yoast SEO and polylang. I am not interested in changing the looks of the website itself, Just keeping to the SEO part with what's installed. Nothing more, nothing less. Possible secondary goal would be to help getting some LinkedIn marketing campaign going. MUST be perfectly fluent in English or French with good articulation. My hearing is bad so if you have a thick accent i can't discern the words being said.
