Virtual Assistant - SEO + WordPress Content Execution Specialist (Ongoing – Google, Bing, & Beyond)

Project Description:
I’m seeking a highly reliable, detail-oriented freelancer with strong WordPress and SEO experience to help execute a strategic SEO and content publishing plan focused on multiple search engines — including Google, Bing, and DuckDuckGo.
The core work involves:
Using ChatGPT to help create and refine SEO articles,
Publishing optimized content to a WordPress site,
Tracking performance and engagement, and
Supporting a low-cost backlink and social sharing strategy.
This is part of a long-term plan to improve organic visibility, brand awareness, and product discovery across multiple platforms — not just Google.
Primary Responsibilities:
Use ChatGPT (or other tools) to create high-quality blog content based on SEO-focused keywords
Post directly to WordPress with:
Clean formatting using headings, bullets, spacing
Optimized meta title, slug, and meta description
Proper internal linking to key pages (checklist provided)
Royalty-free images, screenshots, or visual aids
Follow and execute an SEO checklist designed for Google, Bing, and DuckDuckGo
Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and (optionally) Bing Webmaster Tools
Participate in basic backlink building efforts:
Post short, linking articles on Blogger, Medium, or Flipboard
Share posts on social bookmarking sites (e.g., Mix, Reddit, LinkedIn)
Occasionally repurpose blog content for posting to LinkedIn
Preferred (But Not Required) Skills:
Canva experience for simple graphic design (e.g., blog thumbnails, Pinterest pins, post banners)
Light video creation or editing skills to create short clips or explainers for YouTube
Familiarity with creating optimized YouTube descriptions, titles, and tags
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Hands-on experience with WordPress blog management
Knowledgeable in SEO principles (on-page, keyword placement, link structure)
Familiar with Google/Bing Webmaster Tools and analytics reporting
Comfortable using AI content tools like ChatGPT
Self-directed and able to follow a documented SEO + publishing checklist
Bonus: Experience with Canva, short-form video, or posting to YouTube
