Versatile Virtual Assistant Needed (eComm Marketing; SEO, link-building and Content development)

I'm seeking a versatile virtual assistant to join my team for 10+ hours per week (minimum).
The role involves a mix of marketing and admin-related support tasks. The ideal candidate should be skilled in traffic generation tasks: SEO/GEO, reddit, blog content, and social media management.
Your success in this role will be determined by your ability to generate traffic for the projects you're assigned to over a 3-month probation period. After which your hourly rate will increase and your contract extended for a further 9-12-month contract. If you perform exceptionally (above traffic targets) you may be offered revenue share.
Also, you'll be doing keyword research, using analytics, and testing new marketing strategies to accelerate traffic and conversion.
Not essential, but graphic design, branding skills in Figma and Canva, and video editing gives you bonus points.
Additionally, the role includes web scraping, email marketing, and tasks requiring excellent written English (beyond just AI).
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in SEO, link building and traffic generation
- Social media management, design and content creation (blog and email) (primary focus)
- Experience Figma and advanced design tools is a bonus (but not essentia but a bonus)
- Automation experience in n8n, sumopod, APIs etc (also not essential but a bonus)
- Ability to perform web scraping tasks efficiently
- Strong written English for various tasks
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant with a marketing focus or mid-weight marketing role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Creative flair for design and presentation
- Excellent English communication skills
Ideally looking for candids in Indonesia and/or the Philippines based on similar working hours.
